The CIU Strategic Plan can be thought of as a roadmap to help guide the university towards its vision: A values-based institution that inspires leadership, critical thinking, innovation, and outstanding academic training that transforms communities.

The strategic plan strives to blend the organizational strength (talent, resources) and our aspirations for the future.  As with any roadmap, there are significant milestones.  Two years into our strategic journey, we reflect on the successes of the past two years as well as the work that remains to be accomplished.
