It gives me great joy to join the Chancellor in warmly welcoming you all to Clarke International University and our 9th Graduation Ceremony for the CIU Class of 2018. 

A very special welcome to the graduands, the parents, families, friends and your colleagues who have joined us on this memorable occasion. 

Today, we have nearly 300 graduands who will receive their certificates, diplomas, and degrees. A big round of applause to the parents and guardians who sacrificed a lot to ensure these students can graduate despite some financial challenges.
